Time Can’t Be Bent… Or So Your Boss Thought

Every work place needs (modded) timepieces

For office workers, perhaps there’s no clock mod as useful as Lunchtime Clock. This unholy clock speeds up 20% every day at 11:00 and slows down 20% from 11:48, giving you extra 12 minutes to enjoy your lunch. At 11:48 AM real time, the clock will display 12:00 and it will be back in sync at 1:00 PM real time when your 72-minute lunch break ends.

Twelve minutes may not seem like a lot, but let’s put it this way: multiply the 12 precious minutes by 5 office days and you’ve got a full additional hour of lunchtime every week! Besides, if it added 30 minutes of lunchtime per day, do you think nobody would notice?

Wristwatches, cellular phones and office computers also tell time, but you can always rely on the ever-trustworthy centric wall clocks to outmaneuver your supervisor’s strict attitude towards punctuality. Sounds illegal? Perhaps. Extended lunch break still sounds amusing, though.
