Most social media administrator / strategist / planners think they have grasped them all, but as they advance their knowledge in Social Media often they forget this one important thing. Content is the most powerful element within the social media.

Do not think your content is good unless you can influence others. If the average industry has 3% to 5% engagement rate (talkability) within its social media page, you should be looking at your performance if the page you are currently managing has the same or lower average industry. You should always aim double of the average industry standard.
